Just up the good work guys! I see a lot of complaints for a free service, I think you guys rock!

At the moment we get an ajax waiting symbol that goes on for ever. Would be better to get some idea of how long it's going to take. It is very tempting right now to log in again in a parallel session and run multiple simultaneous requests.

I keep getting this - "Our server choked; this should definitely not happen. Please let us know if this happens to you frequently, and we'll get right around to fixing it. For now, please go to our homepage."

As a new user, I was 'drug thru a knot-hole' when I forgot the capitalization on my OCR Terminal account, and the website ignored my attempts to get at my account. I get it now, but that unexpected and undocumented constraint will cause others unnecessary frustration.

please think on this aspect as there can be added a feature which will help the user in making one pdf file from many other pdf. like user download many pdf files in ocr and edit if needed and convert these files as a single pdf file

The german language has some special chars.
I would like you to add:

ä,Ä, ö,Ö, ü,Ü, ß

This would be very nice!!

It just takes too long for the front page to show up on my browser

After submitting a file for OCR, the download page doesn't ever turn up or just takes too long.

OCR’s character ambiguity & error rate is unpredictable.
It would be helpful if they could indicate a minimum pitch for various minimum error rates.
It looks like ABOUT 14x18 pixel font, like Ms System 16 sanSerif, has about a 5% error rate (1 out of 20 characters).
It might help many clients to remind them of the inherent and visual ambiguity of some characters: Il1, 0O, punctuations;:,,. and combinations like m vs rn, or cl vs d, etc., depending on font. I have a file of sample ambiguities which might be useful.

What kind of forum is this, where there don't seem to be any functional issues or even comments posted?
